I’m a NY girl, transplanted to Utah. My husband Jason and I have been married for 12 years with 6 kids. Our oldest two didn’t come from my womb, but rather we went on the hunt for them. We made them love us and forced them to stay! As soon as they were available to, we adopted them.

I cover my experiences with foster care and motherhood; on this page and on my Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. I have known no love like it. It is not for the faint of heart but every single tough moment is worth it.

What on earth possessed me to start a blog? Writing is my outlet, and always has been. I remember writing poems and letters to people, for as long as I can remember. It is therapeutic for me. Why put it on the world wide web? Well because my brother in law told me I should. It has since been a place where I find myself going to work through my thoughts and to document my life. An “online diary” of sorts. I like to give my family, friends, and other worthy causes; everything I’ve got! So this is a perfect outlet for me to have something for me. I’m not scared to share my experiences with others because I feel like it is what brings us close, as a human race. I hope you get  few giggles and maybe even some, “Hey! Me too!” moments.
